Change of thought/Network Revolution

You are sitting here in a small town of Uttar Pradesh. You have a relative in Bombay. He purchases some goods worth 5,000/- of daily use, and you get a good share of his purchase, without doing anything!
This is the power of networking!
Electric Bulb: Invented by Edison; he could have just sit in his own room and enjoyed the light of his bulb without telling anyone else, but he told every person, reached plenty of people and built a huge network and in the end got rich due to that network!
Mc Donald's Restaurant: I say I can cook a burger better than Mc D, you may believe me, but, can I make a network better than Mc D? May be not. Started from a small outlet, it has built its network in almost every popular country!
Believe it or not, the world today is running because of network, coz every big company is running because of network.
Without building a network, you cannot become very rich in today's world.
Infosys, Wipro, TCS, L & T, HCL, Microsoft, Google, and every big company in this world have opened their branches in different corners of the world and are running coz of network. If a small office of TCS has 50 employees and an employee works for 8 hours a day, it means that 400 hours of work is being generated from that office. If suppose TCS has just 1000 offices all over India, you may calculate how much work is being done all over India, and how much revenue is being generated.
Any company or corporate or a firm may just be satisfied with one or two offices in its city, but corporates like the above are not satisfied so easily. They focus on more and more expansion, or building more and more network, of employees, or outlets.
Still, when we talk about Network, many people don't like to talk about it, coz of a handful of worthless companies, which took money from many persons and ran away.
Genuine networking companies, especially those that are product based, do care about their investors and consumers, and don't do such kind of stuff. There are several examples like Keva, Vestige, Modicare, Amway, FLP, and so on.
The market of FMCG and health products will never face recession, similarly network marketing industry will never be down, coz no matter what, if you have built a good network, someone in your network might be using any of the products of his choice, so you will get a portion of his purchase.
I have chosen Keva, coz it has affordable products, with in reach of any person, rich or poor, a good business plan, multiple income opportunity, with no compromise on quality. Other companies' products might be good but not in reach of middle class or lower middle class persons, and in most of India, you will find these two types of persons the most.
So, start networking! Change your traditional thinking! Join me! Join Keva!
Contact me for more info about Keva Industries or its income opportunity!

Triple Stem Cell - A Revolutionary product

I usually get mails/calls from NGO's to donate as someone's suffering from this/that disease, and the treatment costs lakhs of Rupees. Although I will love to donate for a good cause, but I actually hate some of the money minded doctors or hospitals, who don't give a damn about what is your financial condition, but just want to earn themselves and, in fact they don't have any solid cure for any big disease without operation/surgery. I am not a doctor, and am not as money minded as they are, but yes, I do have a cure for as big a disease as cancer. Doctors/Hospitals recommend 'Stem Cell Therapy/transplant' to persons suffering from cancer, which costs lakhs of rupees. In the business I am doing, I have a revolutionary product "Triple Stem Cell' which comes in drop, Powder and tablet form, which has the tendency to cure any disease, big or small, but how? Let us understand. A stem cell is a cell with the unique ability to develop into specialised cell types in the body. In the future they may be used to replace cells and tissues that have been damaged or lost due to disease. It is found in 'umbilical cord' linking the embryo to the woman, which is then cut out and thrown. Why? Because the cost of preserving it is very high. Triple Stem Cell contains Malus Domestica Stem Cells, Solar Vitis Stem Cells, Argan Stem Cells, Crocus chrysanthus bulb extract, Sunflower extract. It has a great capability of repairing any damaged cell in our body. Therefore, it is essential for every human being, and may be used to cure such a fatal disease as cancer. I am regularly using this product for a while now, and am amazed to see the results. I am feeling more energetic than before. This product can be used for anti ageing, and against Cancer, Diabetes, infertility, bone diseases and several more. I am not there to just give an advertisement for my product, but really it is such an amazing product that I want to create awareness for this product. The cost of this product is much-much lesser than the stressful Chemotherapy, surgeries or even the rent per day in a 'good' (read: overhyped) hospital. Contact me for more information, and if anyone wants to join me to create this awareness or to use this product, most welcome.

Love and Friendship

'Friendship often ends in love, but love in friendship-never!'

Said someone. It's heart breaking but true. Love is beautiful but scary. One-sided love is even more scary. I can understand this, because I have been in one sided love for more than one time. What I faced was dejection and loneliness. Friendship is a great thing, but two people of opposite sex, when they are friends, and from one side, the friendship turns to love, then it may hurt. It is not necessary that whom you love, loves you back in return. Even when the heart of both the persons are pure, one of them may do something, that ruins the friendship. I have lost a few of friends like that.

Surviving, working, going through all the ups and downs in life bravely, with a straight face, without a smile, and tears. Saving myself from a mental breakdown. It is easy to say, but tough to implement.

I used to be a very shy guy in my school times. I used to keep things to myself. I didn't interact with much people. More introvert than I am currently. I had a crush on a girl in my graduation. Was scared to tell her. Mailed her once about my feelings, but was a little scared to face her after that. I did some mistakes, and she was out of my life. She was a great friend before that.

Few more incidents like those happened. It hurts me, thinking that no matter how good two friends are, a mistake is all that takes, to break the friendship. A person forgets all good things about that person, and what he/she remembers is only that one mistake.

Then I decided to express my feelings more clearly, to anyone, to avoid living in regrets of not saying it when needed. I didn't know that it would also turn into a regret for me.

I am currently on the verge of losing yet another friend like this. I am going through a very tough time in my life, and no one can realize this unless he steps into my shoes.
Yes, it's no excuse for committing a mistake, but I have realized it, and feeling guilty.
This feeling of guilt is very bad. You may or may not understand it well.

I have not given up. I will not give up. Will fight with the circumstances and emerge as a winner again. Amen.

Do you love your parents?

This morning, I woke up to listen to a program on Radio 'Big Heroes'. A gentleman was called on that show, and the incident he shared, made my eyes wet, and I saluted him in my heart.
That gentleman was wandering in the streets when he saw an old man, in a miserable condition, lying on the footpath. He was in dirty clothes, and smelling terribly. Any normal person would not have even taken notice, but this great man, went to him and talked to him, then he came to know that the man was from a good family, and a retired judge. Then how come, he was in that situation?
He took him to his charity home, gave him new clothes, cleaned him up, and gave him some food to eat, then he came to know: That man's sons took away all his money and property and left him on the streets to suffer. Some more persons that nice gentleman met, some were retired army men, some doctors, some more persons like that, some in their late 80's or 90's, who were from a respectable background, but wandering in the streets like a beggar, though they didn't beg from anyone. This gentleman gave all those persons a shelter in his charity home.
Hearing that incident, while I was all in respect for that nice gentleman, but it really made some tears appear in my eyes, and made me think for a while.
Our parents have done so much for us. They have sacrificed their own happiness to see us happy. How can any person be so cruel to treat his parents so badly, in an age when they seek nothing but a little love and care, from their own children? How are they able to live peacefully when they put the life of their own parents out of peace?
They've helped you whenever you were in need, whether an emotional support, or financial support. They thought for your betterment first than themselves. You can not repay even a quarter of what they have done for you. But the least you can do is to give them love and care, always, till they are with you. If they are gone, then if you regret that you couldn't do that much for your parents, it's of no use. If you can't even give them a shelter in their old age, may be you are a billionaire, but sorry to say, you are a pure loser and pathetic person.
Think for yourself, if you have some old person in your family. Do he feels ignored? Are you not giving him enough love and care, that he showered upon you? Or, can it be better? If yes, then try giving him more love and care, try to bring a smile on his face daily, and once you do it, believe me, for sure you'll feel some satisfaction within you. Also, always remember, the way you treat your parents, your children also will notice, and they will treat you the same way, when you are in their age.
I hope all of you get the message I am trying to convey here. Please take care of your elder ones, if you love them. Thanks for reading.
                                                                              Love, Rish.

About Real Estate Investment(Direct or Indirect)

No, this isn't 'All' about Real Estate, because the subject is so vast, that a single blog post can't cover it all. I just want to share my viewpoint of Real Estate, the little knowledge that I have.
Who in the world doesn't need a home to live? And even if you already have it, you may ask, what's the need of owning yet another home? Then, the term 'investment' comes.
Yes, you have a home to live, a fair amount of monthly income as an employee or a self-employed individual. It's good that you earn for your family, or yourself, but, there is a problem associated with it, especially if you don't have a passive income, i.e. a type of income, for which you don't have to work, even a minute. Suppose, for any reason, you are unable to work for a month or two(due to health reasons or any other like this) will your employer still pay you your salary, without any deduction, or, will your business not suffer?
So, if you have invested in a good flat or house, and have rented it out well, you may receive a good amount per month, for which you don't have to work. Apart from that, your property is yours, and you may sell it out after a few time, earning a good appreciation. Spending money on Mutual Funds, stocks and FD's may also be profitable, but it's not certain, as they depend on the market conditions. In Real Estate, if you have invested in a good project, more than 90% of the time, the value of that property will go up. But, it's not just the capital gain that matters in Real Estate. It's also the monthly cash flow, that you may get, by investing directly, or making others invest(indirect). In both of cases, you don't need to work very hard. You may have money, or you may have people to invest, you may earn a good cash flow both ways. Minimum incentive I get to work as a free lancer is 2% per flat/plot. If a plot's cost is say 5 lakhs, and I have sold it to someone, just stating the right facts, and telling him the benefits of investing, I will get minimum 2% of 5 lakhs, that's 10,000/- on only 1 plot. And that's the bare minimum. In some cases, incentive is around 4-5 %. Just you have to have some people around you who are ready to invest, or you yourself should be ready to invest. Then, you may make a lot of money in a shorter duration, by working just 3-4 hours per day, smartly, without having to answer anyone, or to serve anyone else, than yourself. A good way of being your own boss!
Any questions regarding real estate investment are welcome!

Give or get?

Before you read this post, just a clarification: All the points mentioned here are my own viewpoints, so don't get offended by them; just try to get the message in this post.

It's very easy to follow the path most of others are following. Go to school, study hard, get good grades, then go to some university, again study hard, get good grades, get a job, get a fixed salary, which may or may not satisfy your need: That is the trail most of the people follow. Rich or poor, everyone looks to work, FOR money. These people are called employees(for the rich) or laborers(for poor). I know some of persons, who get Rs 1 lac or more per month as their salary, undoubtedly a good amount, but compensating this amount, their employer buys their whole time. They don't have time even for eating well, or even to relax. One of my friends was supposed to get married on a date, but he didn't get leave, even for a day. Most of employees get 1-2 days per week as holidays, but they are so exhausted, that they spend their weekends sleeping, and they do not get the strength even to go to market, or socialize with their friends. Govt employees are little better, but they too work for money, and the govt, than themselves.
Most people want to GET good school/college, GET good grades, GET a good job, GET good salary, and GET a respectable life. Yes, hard working people are most of times appreciated, who get good salary and a good post. If you say that your son is a software engineer, or a manager, or a doctor, you don't need to say another word, and respect comes automatically. But, if you say, he is a businessman, or investor, some more questions arise, like monthly income, or cashflow, or nature of business, future aspects, etc...
Due to less complexity involved in following this simple trail, most of the people follow it. But if you take a look around the world, at the list of world most famous and richest entrepreneurs, you will notice that they might have not finished their schools/colleges, or they might have resigned from their jobs, or some of them just wanted to help others in need, and did their work, so others could benefit, and in the process, they got richer and richer.
The term 'rich' or wealthy may be different for each one of u, and in your opinion you may be wealthy. But, if I ask you, " If you don't work for an year, will your status be the same?" Your answer will determine whether you are truly wealthy or not. One short come of being an employee is that your status is dependent on yourself. You work, money will come, but as soon as you stop working, money inflow will stop.
So, if you change your opinion of 'getting' to 'giving', your perception to life, and everything may change. You may build up your team to do some work, allocate duties to each person, and giving them some salary for their work. Typical example is business. When you 'give' each person his set of duties, 'give' them salary, you 'get' their time, and get work done in lesser time than you may have done yourself. And even if you get ill, or are unable to work somehow, the work will not stop and you will get the benefit.
The perfect example is a company like HCL. Plenty of employees are working 10 to 6, and lots of work done in a single day. Even if one of the leader is unable to do his work, others are doing it, and the work will not stop. How much do you think the owner of HCL is getting, if he is able to give you 1 lac per month, and not only you, 1000's of other employees too?
The message is simple, try changing your perception. Try to give rather than just get. Build a network, a team. Try to build a system rather than just be to yourself. Be different. You will definitely achieve more by helping others.

Be different

I am seeing and observing many people since my childhood. Most of , I mean more than 90% of the people, prefer to take the path all the others choose to take, and being diplomatic in their approach towards things. Why they do that? Coz they fear being left out isolated from the society and their close ones, so they may be successful in their respective fields, leading a satisfactory life, not hungry for more, but they are not different, and people remember them for a short time, and then they are forgotten. 10% of the remaining people stand by themselves, with least support from others, and with a different thinking from conventional thinking, and , all of them have potential, yet only 10% of them, are successful in their approach of different thinking.
These persons are not many, but are responsible for most of our daily used inventions, which were unthinkable many years ago, like shaving blade, car, mobile, computer, etc. They had a tremendous capability of taking risks, following the unconventional path, learning from their mistakes, and having a great vision. We all have such capabilities hidden in us, but they get buried inside most of us, coz of mostly the social pressure and the monotonous thinking imbibed in us by our relatives and friends, and secondly, the fear. Many of us don't follow a certain path, not because we have failed in it, but because we have failed in it in our minds, before even attempting the task. Going to school, then university, passing and getting a job, is recommended by almost all of us, to our parents. Very few of parents advice their children to follow their own path, or make their own path. If you have some talent, for God's sake, don't waste it, it's called 'God gifted' talent, like someone may be a great singer, even though he may have not taken any training in it. But all of us seem to neglect our talent, and follow the conventional path our relatives advice us to. Please dear parents, don't force your child to work on your dreams, rather encourage them to work on their own dreams. And dear friends, if you have any talent, do focus on that, try to achieve your dream, rather than just focusing on what the conventional path is. Be different!

Destiny

It's in the destiny. Yes, we may feel bad about it, but it's nothing that we can do, but to live with it, no matter how much painful it is. I have some nice memories of my past, and also bitter ones, which sometimes haunt me in my loneliness, at night. Howsoever I try to act strong, the memories never leave me, and tiny drops of water comes from the eyes. In my age, most people around me are happy, well settled, married, also with children. Why it happened with me.. Just trying to smile, hiding my tears, though it's not that easy. Truly need a companion. Where is she? When will she come, and bring back my lost smile? Searching for the answers.....

Better future

29th Oct, I am writing this. This date was once more special to me than now. Birthday of a very special one, once. Quite a time has passed now, memories have faded, though not lost; life's back to normal, still, why am I remembering her? A heart that feels alone sometimes, tends to think about the special ones who were once in our lives and with a hope in vain that they might return to us. Wish life were like films, always a happy ending, and miracles happening very easily. Two scorpions, another one's birthday coming soon, bit me hard, still the emotional libran cries sometimes, and misses them. It's still hard to realize that these things have happened to me, and still I do manage to smile, and survive. If one studies my life from beginning till now, it will seem like a Shakespeare's tragedy. Always thinking of a future, better than the present. A future just like my other friends, simple and successful. Believing in the bitter present is hard to swallow, but I don't have any other choice but to live with it. Yes, it's painful, if anytime you have been through heartbreaks. I have been through them 3 times, the new one, a bit severe than the old one.
I hope that now the life becomes smooth, the good future comes at my doorstep, and I live my life like a normal person. God please, don't make my life more complicated.

My Thoughts

The worst thing abt the past is tht u can't change it. You have to accept the negatives and positives that have occured and move on. What's the use thinking abt what occured was good or bad? Can we go back & change it? Wish we could.. I have many things in my life that I wish I could change.. With the libran and no 6 attraction in my favor, somehow the attraction doesn't carry through long term..
31 years old, still in search of a true soulmate, who may accept me as I am, with all my flaws and strengths. Many times the rarest things happen to me, and I am back on the same point from which I had started. I guess I am a special n different kind of child of God, n my thinking is different from the traditional thinking. It's hard to bring two persons with exactly the same thoughts together..
This post is just like a diary.. a flow of thoughts that r crossing my mind currently.  If u happend to come across this post by accident and r bored, u may close it n move to some interesting blog of ur choice. Just tht I felt like expressing my thoughts somewhere n this space seemed good to me. Every1 has sm good frnds n I hv too, bt all r busy in their happy lives n should nt b bothered so late in night.. Just always thinking of a better future, n try to remain happy regardless of the n no of problems currently in lyf.
         Lots of love.

A new approach

Hi all..
I am not a popular blogger, and I think a few people only read my blog, and 1 of those few comment. But still, writing after a long time. This year has brought many ups and downs to me, which is not new to me ever. I have gone through many downs in my life, especially in the matters of heart. But, here am I, stronger, and positive minded, with a new approach to things. Sometimes, when I think about my past, I really want to come back to my present, as there are most of things I would like to forget. I wonder if it was the same person, who committed such mistakes, and didn't apply his mind while making them.
Earlier I had a different viewpoint of things, and I thought just from my heart always, but then I guess it was high time to get practical and forget the negatives that hurt u, rather than keep dwelling on them. By my luck or otherwise, I once happened to come along the book of a bestselling author, Robert Kiyosaki. When I started reading the book, at first I didn't get much. But slowly, I actually understood what he was trying to say. Everything written in his books is a challenge to the current trend in the society, like going to school, study hard, get good grades, then go to some engineering/medical/ business college, again study hard, get good grades, then again study hard, be manipulative, face an interview, Say what the interviewers like to say, get a high paying job, work from 10 to 6, get scolded for ur follies, do enough work to avoid getting fired, etc etc.
If you frankly ask someone, what is the use of spending 12+ years in school or college, and what are the uses of things u have been taught in school? The fact is, if you wanna be successful and rich in real life, u don't need to be a top grader in school. I am not saying that going to school and getting education is bad, but there are few things in schools, (mentioned in Kiyosaki's books too) which I don't like. Schools punish children if they do some mistakes. Children are afraid of making mistakes. This philosophy continues in almost their whole life. First teachers punished them, then they think that if they commit mistakes, life will punish them, they will get failed, etc. But the fact is, people always ONLY learn by making mistakes. With the threat of punishment, students often are afraid doing anything, and they don't learn much. Big investments and big businesses involve big risk. If you don't take risk, you will be safe, but u'll not move ahead on the ladder of big success. Most of the people always think of playing it safe. Just limiting themselves to a simple job, earning a little, adjusting on things they can't buy, and when they are on their deathbed, they think " Wish I had done that..." or likewise. U only live once, it's ur choice which kind of life u prefer.
Secondly, schools focus on making students ONLY job efficient. They are made to mug up things, rather than actually understanding them. They read what they are made to read, what is written in the book, rather than what actually the fact is. History is a good example. Congress has been in power for most of time, and so there are chapters on their leaders like Gandhi, Nehru, and just a small mention on the true freedom fighters who gave up their life, like Bhagat Singh, Azaad. How many of us know these martyrs' birth date or death anniversary? If u really wish to be rich, just be in school so as to pass, and don't think deeply, or do research on what u have read in school. Also, many people say " Work hard". I do agree a little, but I would prefer to work for 2-3 hours a day for myself and earning 10,000 than working for 8 hours for some other person, getting scolded on mistakes, do what ur boss wants u to do, and in the end, getting just 5,000. U get rich by ur mind, not only by ur body. If latter were the case, the most rich persons were the laborers. There are a lot of things that I can write, about the current flaw in education and law, but it's already a long post till now, and many of u will not agree to me, simply coz u don't want to go against the things being told by most of other people. Now I tend to question everything rather than just accepting the fact. I explore opportunities, rather than problems. Thank you for ur patience, if u have read this much. Suggestions and questions welcome.

Life Quotes

I am in my 30th year now, still single and looking. Sometimes it's tough to spend a day sitting at my workplace and staring at the walls. Lots to say, but no one to share with. Whole day is spent like that in my restaurant, which is in early stage of its operation. Then I reach home, have my dinner, and talk a little with my parents, telling them what do I want. They want the best for me, but sometimes they do understand me, sometimes they don't, exactly.  I have few friends, 1-2 of whom are really close to me, and are in touch, but others are less in touch. Exploring the best and worst aspects of life. I am the best for some person and am the worst for another person. I am the same, my nature hasn't changed much since the last few years, but the outlook of some persons towards me has changed. I admit making a lot of mistakes in life.  Life has taught me a lot, and still I am learning more. The last one year or so went like sometimes miracle, and sometimes like shocks. Well, such is life.
I would not like to bore anyone with my philosophical lecture on life. But want to say it all what I've learnt in the form of quotations, quoted by some eminent personalities, some of whom u may know.
Want to gain more confidence, positiveness, killer instinct and discipline with in me, which are main aspects of a successful person. Hope life makes me more strong and God generates these qualities within me. I hope these quotes can be of help for you. If you read it, and can get anything useful out of these quotes, I'll feel my purpose has been fulfilled. Regards xoxo

When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile.

& finally.........................

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

Smile always, make others smile; may be you have hurt someone, or have been hurt, knowingly or unknowingly, ask for forgiveness and forgive, because life is too short to live in malice for someone and keeping grudges in our hearts. Love everyone, and always try to spread love and happiness, and the world may become a better place to live in...

Ground Reality of India

Hello all..
Few people are really interested in reading my thoughts but still I am writing, hoping that the reason for which I am writing this should be fulfilled.. A lot of my life has passed just like that, adjusting with things and people, and that's the tendency of a typical Indian, who knows something is going wrong and still he manages to adjust with the situation, lives his own life and dies.. But if this post of mine can change even one mind for good, or creates some awareness in even one correct person, my purpose will be fulfilled.

We are all born infants, who know nothing what's right and what's wrong. Our first teacher is our parents, who teach us to talk, and to express ourselves in a right manner. Then we are admitted to some playgroup or kindergarten or primary school, which opens the way for formal education.
Why do we educate ourselves? People say that education makes u a better person than when u r not educated. I disagree. I have seen many persons who are less educated than me, but humanity, hospitality and discipline in them is more than most of people. Just that they may be less sensible or less well behaved than some of people. People like Sachin Tendulkar, Bill Gates and many others have received less education, but because of their passion in the respective professions, they have become what they are today. Education teaches us just loads and loads of information, and subjects like moral science, are neglected and students and even teachers take less interest in them. We from the beginning, are forced to study and focus on subjects like English, Maths, Science and Computers, which are vital to get us a six-figured job.A child's innovation is given less importance from day-1 he learns to study, and continues till he is passed from school.
Does our education system really 'TELLS' us what is right and what is wrong? Even if it tells sometimes, does it tells why a particular thing is right and why is it wrong? If it tells this, does it tells how can we eliminate things which are not going right? History and Civics tells us about our 'proud' culture and the various rules and acts after independence, and we just have to memorize them to get passed in an examination, but tell me, how many of u remember what u have read in school till now? Do u know whether or not the rules are followed 100%?
If the answer to any of the above question is 'No', then seriously, we are lagging behind in some way.. We all exaggerate about our caste, our religion, and our culture, but we don't know what has it given us. The government and sadly, the people are following some policies which are hugely affecting the common man. The things which the government and people think that are bringing India up, are actually making it even down and backward. Believe it or not, caste system is 'worshiped' above God and the Indian constitution in many rural, and even urban parts of India.Who is responsible for it? Other than the govt, we ourselves, that we do believe in such bullshits. Many 'eradicated' evils like child marriage, honor killing are still taking place in many of the villages in India, just to show that women are weak and this is a male dominated society. What the govt is doing to remove such evils? It has introduced yet another evil, 'RESERVATION'. I know some of u may kill me for this, but this is a fact. Many well deserved candidates are rejected entry in an institution or a job, because they don't belong to any reserved quota. Why should the govt care if someone from those 1000's of people commit suicide, when he is often suffered because of this evil. Can't we stick to our word," Right to Equality" ? Can't only deserved candidates get selected in an interview, irrespective of their caste, color, place, religion? When there is criteria for 65% to sit in a software company's interview (in Engineering) shouldn't we have a criteria for some really 'educated' and 'clean' person to get ticket in an election?
Many persons who are less educated than us, force their 'bullshit' rules on us, and rule us.The Indian Constitution is not pure, but hybrid, and it generally takes 15-20 years for just a simple case to be solved. What a pity! Why do we have so many scams? Why so much crimes? Why Kasab is still alive, when each and everyone of us knows that he has really committed that crime? Because of the pity law system in our country. No one is afraid of any cases in today's world, because he knows that it will take more than 10 years for it to reach its destiny. Till then, he will get some way to get out of it. Many people are afraid to speak up because they think that we just have to blindly support what is being imposed on us. Do the so called 'PM's, FM's, CM's' know more than us? Don't we know the reality, when they try to lure us by using some heavy, complicated or beautiful words? Yes,some of us do know, but we are quiet, and ready to be quiet. When the handful of people like Ramdev or Anna Hazare try to raise their voice, we support them, but after they become quiet, again we are quiet. What has happened to the Jan Lokpal bill now? When it's gonna be passed? I don't think in the near future, but may be when Congress is gone.. Many things are going wrong in our Indian constitution, and in India, many of villages, but we are sleeping, as we don't get enough time from our busy schedule.. We may share a joke on fb wall, post a silly tweet, watch stupid daily 'sobs' on TV, but when it comes to raising our voice, we ask, 'Where is the time?'. Police, politicians etc are elected so that they can protect us from the evils of society, but the ground reality is that these two are the biggest evils, and one in a 1000 is pure, who is ready to help common man selflessly.
U will ask me, what is the result? What the hell we can do? Yes, a single person can't do anything. I can't do anything. U can't do anything. But together we can make a difference. If you have patiently read this far, first of all, thanks a lot, and second, think about it. Raise your voice against any evil happening around you. Don't keep quiet. Don't just live quietly all your life and die! Wake up! Try to do your bit, coz it's needed, for the sake of your country, for the sake of your pride in your country, for sake of urself, for sake of God. 100 persons doing 1% are more effective than 1 person doing 100%!
                           JAI HIND!

True Relationship

When a person walks for miles to see u..

When a person says Sorry even though he didn't do anything..

When a person cries because he still loves/misses u..

When a person still tries to get u back..

When a person no matter how much u hurt him still loves u..

When a person stops his argument with his beloved to safe his relationship..

When a person continuously makes u feel special and tries to make u happy..

When a person is upset but doesn't tell u as he thinks he is annoying u..

When a person wants to leave u because of ur rude behavior but he is not able to..

Do not let that person go, because u may never find someone like that person ever again!

Positiveness

This post is inspired from a great book "The Secret".. If u haven't read it yet,I suggest u must read it..
The secret of life is the law of attraction. It is the law of self belief. It just says "Like attracts like". It is impartial, like the law of gravity. If u are falling from the roof of a tall building, it doesn't matter whether u are a good or a bad person, but u r going to die. Similarly, it doesn't matter, whether ur thoughts are good or bad, but whatever u think, ur thoughts attract all the like thoughts from the universe, and depending on their nature, they will make u feel better, or worse. If u think u r a failure, this thought will attract every instance of when u'd failed in life, and it will make u feel even bad. Similarly, if u think good, this thought will attract more positive thoughts to u, and will make u feel better. So feel special, feel good and feel happy always.
How to feel happy when u r feeling sad? Listen to ur favorite song, think of some pleasant memories, or think about ur beloved, while closing ur eyes.. Focus on it, feel it.. smile, for a minute.. U'll feel better. When u wake up in the morning, send a positive message to ur mind, over and over again, for a while, preferably while meditating, about the day that is going to happen, like "I'll be happy all this day" or "I'll have a wonderful journey this day". Feel like the day has ended, and u felt the same as u'd thought in ur msg. Feel the positiveness, and feel the power that's coming with this positiveness! What u've thought, will definitely happen! Have faith, don't hope, but believe, with confidence, that what u want in life, u'll get. Make a picture of u having the possession of that thing. Notice ur expression in that picture. Feel it. Believe it. Write it down somewhere, that u're feeling happy that u've finally got it. The universe will serve as a Genie to u, saying "Your wish is my command" and it will surely help u to achieve that goal!
                                                                                                    Stay happy always!
                                                                                                     Lots of love and happiness!

Life

As u know, life is not a bed of roses. Everyone has to face some difficulties in life. If there is no difficulty, it is not life. How u take it, is important. Life seems tough at times, and makes u down, but the real winner then rises up,and makes his life worthwhile. I am still facing a lot of challenges in my life. Lots of people doubt my capabilities;many times I don't give a damn about it, but sometimes, it really feels bad, when close ones do that. When everything seems to be on the opposite side, it is tough to be normal and happy. This post may seem pessimistic to u, but it's the bitterness of life.
People term one type of work as 'small' and other as 'big'. Some persons do not realize that the most successful persons on Earth were not always like that. They started earning from a small venture only, and their smart work and determination brought them to this level. I don't want to become the most successful person ever, I just want to earn a good enough income, to take care of my family, so that I can proudly say that I am fully independent. I'm in business, but it's a 'small' venture for me, may be coz of location. But I think that this location will matter in the long run, and this will see success, surely. Hope I am right this time..
In personal front also, many things are happening, which I can't tell on a public blog. Sometimes I feel really low, and life seems tougher. My personal diary knows about it, and myself. Few can understand my heart, and I feel hopeless at times. The only thing left is hope. Want to be dominating and more strong. Life will not be always tough, everything will be fine some day, and I'm waiting for that golden day patiently, and trying to keep my cool....
Thanks a lot for reading. Lots of love...

College Days & Friends

College is not only about placement, studies and making career. It gives the most important thing in life to us, friends. Friends are people who care, hug, fight, help u, in their own way, that is special. When no one is there to understand u, friend is the person, who understands u, and gives u selfless suggestion. A false friend can destroy u, but good friend wastes his time and energy on u, just to make u a better person. Had a lot of friends, of different nature, in college.. They used to hang out in FFC(fast food corner, as we called it) or on the steps near flag post, or on the grass near canteen, and did a lot of masti, giving birthday bumps to guys, and then hugging them with full affection, then pushing them for treat somewhere.. A lil pain, but a wonderful feeling at heart.. It felt like the most special person that day.. Placement time: Friends helping out each other with lots of tips and tricks.. All of those are great memories to cherish..
I remember I had an operation, which forced me on bed for around 3 months, after that when I went to college, lots of persons surrounded me,and asked about my health. Some great friends helped me out in some ways, which benefited me.Some shocks, a few months later, when a good friend parted from me, coz of my petty mistakes. It took long to overcome.
The students used to enjoy a full day before the semester exam, and study just at night, but it was enough to earn a percentage as good as 70%. My room mates were no exception. They enjoyed a lot, and lived for their friends.
It has been 4 years now,but the memories of those days are still in my mind and heart. Missing those days, and those friends, a few closed ones, who are far away now, busy in their world. I miss those birthday bumps, those hugs, those calls at exactly 12'o clock at night, just to wish a happy birthday, and those treats. Those days will never come back, but the memories sometimes come as dreams during sleep. Life is not always the same. I miss u, friends..

Lot more to go

So, have turned 28 today. Feeling special, as a birthday boy may feel, with a good no of wishes coming in, but life seems incomplete at times. As every other person, I've dreams and desire to fulfill them, but luck's not always on my side. Sometimes life seems beautiful, sometimes tough, and sometimes toughest. Hope I get what I want from life, a nice caring partner, a good earning business, and a nice life.
2 of my friends care for me very much, and tell me to be tension free, but I've a lot more to do, and a lot more to happen in my life, with twists and turns, shocks and surprises, proposal and rejection, and lots more. God always tests people, and has been testing me from long, hope I pass the test some day. I've to stand on my own, proudly, and have to achieve what I want, may be the toughest thing possible. Everything is possible through a person's efforts I believe, and we should only leave something to God when we can't do anything about it. Efforts are in my hand, and giving result is in God's hand. If my efforts are true and in the right direction, and my heart is pure, God will surely help me out some day. A person doesn't always get what he wants in life, in personal and professional front. I can do only efforts, from heart, rest is on God.
My life is full of many good and bad memories, and I'm learning from them. Have to give life a new dimension this year, lot more to do, and life has lot more to go.... Friends and family are a big support for me. I love and value them.
Best wishes, lots of love and regards.....

The Law of the garbage truck

Hi friends.. got this mail from one of my friends today, and thought I should share with the few people who read this blog, may be sometimes. So, here it goes:

One day, I hopped into a taxi and took off for the airport.
We were driving in the right lane when suddenly, a black car,
jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.
My taxi driver slammed the brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches!
The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.
My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. I mean, was really friendly.
So I asked, "Why did you just do that?
This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!
"This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck'.
He explained, "Many people are like garbage trucks.
They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment.
As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you.
NEVER take it personally.
Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on with the routine life.
"Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home or on the streets.
The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.
Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so......
"Love the people who treat you right...Pray for the ones who don't".
A very rightly said quote: Life is 10% what you make and 90% how you take it.

Hope you get the lesson.. So enjoy life.. Lots of love and regards.

Expectation in love

I have written a blog post long ago like this: Great Expectations but this time I am focusing my discussion around a beautiful but sensitive aspect in a person's life: love. I've faced a situation like that before. Life has taught me a lot, but it's a continuous learning process. I am yet to learn a lot;what I've learnt, is mentioned here.
Relationships are critical. Sometimes a small mistake can break them, or loosen their bond. One of such relationship is between a boy and a girl. It may be bro-sis relationship, friendship, husband and wife, or a committed relationship (bf-gf). The last one is most complicated one.
I am such an emotional person, that an emotional song or a touching scene easily brings tears to my eyes. I become emotionally attached to a person who's close to me and who shows immense care for me. I had 3 crushes in my life, in which one was near one sided love. This is my weakness that I become possessive about the person I like a lot or love.Due to this, I faced some problems. Sometimes I tend to become so impatient that I am unable to control myself. I desperately want to talk to the person. And when a good result is not available from other side, I may become sad, and feel lonely. With time, I am able to control myself better.
This situation may arise to you also, especially if you are an introvert, and emotional. Also, if you expect too much from a person, you are bound to be unhappy. The key in this case is patience. If you love someone, and he/she doesn't love you, you should just keep cool and have patience. Keep doing the best from your side, and give the person some time. First make sure that you actually love that person, and you are worthy of him/her. If you satisfy this criteria, simply go and tell, as this will clear the burden on your head, but don't expect that person to say yes. Give some time, and try to maintain friendship, coz it is for a lifetime.
Many couples do have a breakup coz they expect a lot from their partner. The partner is unable to call you, may be because he/she is busy somewhere, so don't think that your partner is ignoring you. Some men have a girl friend despite their being married coz they are expecting more love from their wives, which may be they're not getting.
So why do people expect so much? Just have patience, and keep doing the best, you will get the best some time. Don't expect, accept!
